advice..

Hey whats up guys, ive been reading here for about a month now. And i have a few questions that i need help with.

Im what u call an extreme hard gainer. I worked out through-out high school and into my early twenties. I did the creatine/amino acids/weight gainers ( 3000+ calories a day ) and various GNC supplements that claimed nothing but BS. In those years of workin out id be pushing it if i said i gained 10 freakin lbs. Anyway i started workin out again like a year ago. Recently i bumped into a manager at a local gym who had some stuff he swore would help me out. So i took him up on it and it blew my mind. Sus 250 along with a huge freakin diet i gained like 23 lbs in like 10 weeks or so!
He didnt really tell me about cycles or anything..just gave me stuff and said use this " its great" well i found this site and learned about cycles and pct and all that great stuff. Thanks for the free info BTW!

so my question is...
ive been off for like 2 months now and i wanna start bulking up for the winter. so would the "intermediate bulking cycle" that As has be a good choice for me? http://advanced-stealth.com/estore/c...products_id=55

Instead fo dropping off at 750mgtest 200mgdeca, i would do something like 500/ 200 a week... then 500/ week till im off, then go into a pct of liqui nolva25mg + liqui clomid 25mg per day for 30 days..

hows that sound? im 26, 5'8, 140lbs ( yea i know im skinny )work out 3-4 times a week and i have a really good diet along with Universal animal pack for vitamins/minerals.
i would like to gain another 20lbs ...

Test 500MG 1-12
Deca 400MG 1-11

Pct Nolva 20/20/20/20
Clomid 150/100/75/50

Pretty bad you only weight 143 after a cycle what happened you where 120 to start at?? Honestly I would just run test at 500MG and leave the Deca alone for next cycle.

Yea i know 143 is bad.. im an extreme hardgainer. Thats why im going the juice route now... nothing else worked. My first cycle pretty much was just one type of juice. sus250 strted at 500mg/week. moved to 650mg/week after a month. although im still a lightweight, i was happy with the results i made. Not only do i look physically better, but it increased my confidence levels dramatically.
