Default thinking about starting my 1st cycle

I'm 19
wieght 145lbs
height 5'7
BF% 8
Workout history: ive workout for a little over a year and have gained about 30lbs, but I realy would like to be huge its that simple.

I really dont know where to begin being i don't know a reliable source, but that will be found out through trial and error. Just like most of you began i would guess. I have studied a decent amount on it, and i dont want to over do it.

I was thinking
Test e 250mg/week for 12 weeks
20mg/ed d-bol for first 4 weeks
arimidex 1mg/ed 12 weeks

i'm not really sure what i should do about my PCT could use some help.

also, some advice on a diet when im on a cycle. I eat 2,500 calories a day atm.

your young to be juicing,

If you do a cycle do 500 mg test per week, no d-bol you dont need it yet, arimidex is ok but you will need nolvadex if you want some clomid also

also dont do trial and error go with one of the sites sponsors......

Up your test E to 500mg per week ya'll see much better gains and i would just take .5mg of armidex per day ......

PCT i would suggest
Nolvdex 40/40/20/20/20 5 weeks 40mgED for the first 2 weeks and 20mgED for the last 3 weeks and ya could also consider using armosin and its a good idea to have letro on hand incase gyno does happen to set in...Vitamen E is also good to include in ya PCT as ya Immune system will be very low

keep ya diet clean and try andf get most of your protein from food but shakes are ok aswell... take a multivitamen ED and also i would use Vitamen B12 to combat abit of the acne will maybe occur... and things like flexseed oil and glutamine would be wise to include as supplements and never replace meals with shakes

well i'll add a little more detail.

I train 3 days a week
everday I eat about 60% of my daily protein intake and drink my shakes 2 times a day to finish up usualy one in the morning with breakfast and one after workout. I take a multi-v every day along with omega-3,and glutamine before and after workouts. Only thing with my diet atm is i get only 5 meals a day at most 4 sometimes because of my schedule. I have an ectomorph body type which should be like 6-7 meals a day.

You gained 30lbs in a year, and think you need steroids? They are not a miracle drug - most users only put on 5-10lbs of quality muscle per year. If you gained 30 last year, you are progressing very rapidly as a natural. There is no reason not to stay natural until you plateau. Which at 5'7" and low bf is probably around 160-170. My advice, give it a few more years naturally. Your base will be more substantial.

im doing a degree in sports and excerise science and with an ectomorph body what happens is your small bones structure cannot take all the muscle load and what yopu gain naturally is prob gonna be your limit unless you wanna go into anobolics and start crushing bones and choking artries and stuff i have an endomorph body... and at 19 your growth plates may not yet have fused
