Question - What can i expect to gain ?

I just wanted to know what gains am i looking at to expect over a 12 week cycle on prop @ 300 mg a week ? and doing PCT Right & if i keep my diet in shape and train intensely will i keep most of gains ?

For Example : If i put on 10 kg how much weight am i expected to walk away with after PCT is finished ?

Im guessing 7-8 Kg ?? or is that a wishful thought or is that over board ?

Get ripped really hard question to anwser. Man I just plan on 10 pounds everytime i do my cycle. Very moderate goal and I have never been let down so far. 10 pounds after pct is what i am talking about

but do u think its harder for someone who has done alot of gear in the past to make bigger gains...and is it harder for bigger guys to gain alot vs. smaller guys ???

there is no right answer for this ? every 1 is diffrent for me its hard as hell to put on weight but whn i do put it on i most likely keep it so really only u can answer that ?.
