i used to take a hot shower first that way your body is hot and will take the oil beter, then after shower have your amp sitting in some warm water then draw oil and inject.. nice and smooth.

Gary is correct... always warm the steriod up first.... I run my hypo either under the hot water, or my hair dryer for a full minute.... really makes a difference in the injection...
