my first cycle

i am planning my first cycle it won't be for a couple months yet but i am trying to figure a budget, dosage and right gear. tell me what you think.
i have decided to go with t-bol, test-e and aromasin exemestane for six weeks
my goal is to keep my weight going up in the gym and gain body weight. i don't mind "modest" gains. i would rather not have huge gains in a short time.

t-bol 75mg ed

aromasin i have not found much on dosage for this yet and open for suggestion

wow that kind of looks small now seeing it like that but i think that should be good for what i am looking for tell me what you think

i have a couple questions too please be patient with me

is there anything to take to help stop the conversion of dht?

should i take something to help support the liver with a small cycle like this

i am going to do more research tomarrow for aromasin but would still like your guys feed back

At 6 weeks your only going to be starting to feel the effects of the test. Run it out to 12 weeks.

aromasin is pretty strong, 12.5mg/eod should be more than enough on this cycle. You may not want to even start using it until you feel noticeably bloated or your nips start to itch.

Test should actually be considered a prohormone because it converts to dht which is the active hormone. DHT is responsible for the strength and muscle gains, so why would you want to block it?? If you know you are prone to male pattern baldness, jump on finasteride at 1.25mg/ed, that should kill the dht receptors at the scalp and prostate. But, it may also decrease the overall effectiveness of the test.

For the liver, keep you diet relatively clean and do not drink any alcohol or take any other liver damaging medications (accutane, pain killers, etc.). Milk thistle, while not being proven to cleanse the liver, is thought by many to help.

I have documented proof that Milk Thistle really works.

At the time of my tests I was on erythromycin for acne (bad choice). It is known to be rather harsh on the liver. I take milk thistle all year round. When I was on the erythromycin along with the milk thistle, my liver was fine. I, for no apparent reason, stopped taking the thistle, and my enzyme levels skyrocketed. I started taking it again and my enzymes stabilized. So, to test my theory, I came off it again. Sure enough, enzymes went up. I started it again, and levels stabilized once again.

I have discovered the same to be true with cranberry concentrate and it's benefits to the kidneys.
