You need to find a drug that contains diphenhydrmine and take at 50mg/day every third week for clen to still be effective. What this drug does is upregulate the beta receptors thus ensuring your clen doseages have effect.

Zaditen/Ketoifen apparently has the same affect but I have not tried this method. I think in the range of 3mgs/day is doesage if using these drugs.

The 14 days on and 14 days off method is also very effective as does the same thing but by allowing the receptors to upregulate by stopping clen.

I am not a doctor but there is a drug called chlorpheniramin which has very similar properties to diphenhydrmine and works in the same manner. This might be something you could look at.

Otherwise I would suggest just doing the 2 weeks on/2 weeks off method.

3 mgs should be fine and before bed with or without a meal will be ok. Maybe have a banana or soemthing with it. I would only take when necessary, i.e. version 1 in your example.

Keep an eye on your BP while on clen, it can go quite high dependant upon your body's reaction.
