Another beginner here!

I am 54, 6' tall and weigh 205 lbs. I could probably lose about 15 lbs of fat, so what ever that equates to for bodyfat %. I don't have a cell phone so I am not up on all the abbreviations either. I just picked up on the "eod" from a posting while searching for information. My daughter says I am really old fashioned, but hey, didn't technology peak with the microwave pizza?

Anyway, I workout at home with a simple weight bench and have some free weights on a few different bars. I workout every other day trying to build up my upper body. I take protein and creatin also, but I am looking for some quicker results. So without abbreviating, please tell me a good, basic starting point to build on. If I need to inject for best results, that is fine, but just need to know in the start up if it is a pill or needle.

I know there are no dumb questions, but you have to crawl before you walk and I can barely turn myself over right now. So thanks in advance.

At your age, first go get a checkup including a blood panel checking for your lipid, liver, cholesterol, red blood cell count, and BPH (prostate) values, as well as your blood pressure. If they are all fine, continue.

Second, do you have a history of cancer in your family? If you do, what type is it? If there is a history at all, stay away from growth hormone and igf as both could potentially cause cancer to proliferate quicker. If your family has a history of prostate cancer, either stay away from steroids. Or, if you're feeling lucky, at least get on some finasteride (proscar/propecia) to prevent prostate issues.

Now, if you couldn't tell from what I've said so far, the health complications by starting AAS at your age are significant. During your cycle, make sure you monitor your blood pressure on a regular basis.

The most basic and effective steroid is testosterone. It will also make you feel 20 years younger. Look for testosterone enanthate or cypionate, as these stay in your system longer and require less injections. Go with 500mg/week of either, split into two shots.

If there is no cancer history, get some growth hormone. At your age, your doctor may actually prescribe it for you, or at least reccomend an anti-aging doctor who would. 3-4iu/ed will help you lose fat, gain muscle, sleep soundly, and make you feel younger all around.

If I were you , I would stay away from all orals, as its not my impression that you are looking for 10-15pounds of quick bloat. If you are looking to kick up the test, add some deca (nandrolone deconate) @ 400mg/week or equipoise (boldenone undecyclate) @ 400mg/week.

Run the test (and whatever else) 12-14 weeks.

During, you may want to get some arimidex and run that at .5mg/ed. It will prevent bloat and gyno.

This board and others have people on them that are near doctors in my opinion on the subject, so read read read and dont hesitate to ask questions just make sure you do a search first because that question may have already been answered many times. Lastly though most people are here are very knowledge able but there are a few that have been misinformed else where and give advise based on that fact so it is always best to confirm it, though most times when bad advise is given the moderators or the vets of the board will come in and save the day. Take no advise from any place that sells the product unless its the Advanced Stealth rep on this board (he is the only one I have seen give expert advise).

I am not an expert on the chemical function of steriods but I can deffinitely help with logistical questions like techniques, what to use, tips on how to safely purchase and all the things to avoid that I learned the hard way. So Private Message me if you need help.

like they said have a blood panel done, your age is up there so while your checking making sure its not a health concern, like some said above me you might even be able to check if your a candidate for HRT, or for your doctor to prescribe hgh. JMO though I don't know the specifics of what qualifies you for that stuff for prescriptions.
