I spent a lot of time worrying, reading, and sweating over gyno before and early on into my first cycle. I am lucky to have an experienced pharmacist who told me that since I live a short drive from his shop, and he could hook me up with arimidex and/or nolvadex at any time I didn't even bother stocking up. He said that on the low levels of test (500 mg/week) I wasn't going to need any AI during the cycle, but of course should use nolvadex for PCT. He was right, no problems at all. Just in case though if you aren't in a situation where you could get it if you needed it you better make sure you have it on hand. Although unlikely, that's something you don't want to need but not have on hand. Bob from Fight Club has nothing on flirtfromhell I see...

once upon a time i was a teenager. i geared up excessively without any knowledge whatsoever and ended up with a huge gyno problem... unfortunately i dont have $2000 just lying around to take care of it.. any thoughts or suggestions?

you might try letrozole, depending on the severity of your gyno.

When I first started cycling I was relatively young and there was little to no good information around. I relied solely on a guy from the gym for advice who was a professional bodybuilder. He for the most part gave solid advice but I did not stick to much of his advice once I had run a cycle or two thinking I knew how to go now.

The problem I found with gyno was after my cycles and when I should have been running PCT. I never ran an adequate PCT by toaday's standards at all. I then had nearly 10 years away from the gym and cycling. I recently started again with both. I thought that I was gyno prone due to my previous issues and for first couple of cycles ran Arimidex religiously through cycle as a prevention. I then realized after researching that AI's can inhibit growth to some extent so started to experiment with lower and less frequent doseages. To my surprise I now find I can run a cycle (even with heavy doseages) and have no gyno issues at all and excluding all AI's from that cycle.

So the moral here is do a little experimenting yourself when starting out and find what is the lowest dose you can run of an AI while on cycle and always ensure you run a proper PCT.

most people I think freak out about some sore or sensitive nipples. I had them and it turned out to be nothing more then sensitive nipples. It also goes the other way, my wife one night started sucking on my nips and it made my sticker peck out!!!
