So many guys or newbies are scared to death about "***** tits" so let's see from vets and people with atleast with 1 cycle under there belts that did not run a AI or Serm as a anti-e during cycle.

After 18 yrs ...no ***** tits. No bullshit.
Lower dosed cycles over longer periods worked well for me. If one doesnt give the over abundance of Tetosterone to convert to Estrogen then one has now worries.
Also....I only used an anti-E ONE time. I will never again as it hindered my gains.
Everybodys different though....

ive had what i think they call pubertal gyno since 15. im 27 now and it sucks! prolly need a little surgery. however when i took sus and test enan. for 8 weeks it didnt cause any extra swelling. ive got some arimidex coming now for my next cycle and im hopin like hell it will help. sucks having pretty low bf% and not getting rid of the ***** tits.

I can run 500-600mg of test a week with no anti e, no problem at all.

I did a test only cycle and my nipples where itchy and sensitive, no lumps! This could be due to the fact that I shaved my chest. I use veet instead of a razor and they arent itchy or sensitive.
