as for the soda, I feel you on that one. its important to drink enough water, but theres nothing wrong with a diet soda here and there as long as you are well hydrated

in have pretty low bf and got there primarily by cutting out the 6 mountain dews a day. i switched to diet. feel way better. good job losin weight man.

You might try unsweetened tea if you miss something to drink. I make tons of sun tea and drink it unsweetened....
