first cycles

hi everyone first time poster long time reader.
ok im thinking of doing my first cycle test cyp & d-bol from a-s
ive been hitting the gym hard for 13 months now 6 days a week and ive droped from 227 lb to 213 with 15% body fat. my height is 5, 9". 22 yrs old

so ive been reading up a fair bit and i had some questions.

should i wait to do my cycle untill ive droped my body fat?

im probly looking to do the cycle in the next 2-3 months.

whats your thoughts.

personally, I think that if you been hittin the gym for a year or so and are at 15%BF, you are doin good. Keep it up. Make sure your diet is in check, and KEEP hitting the gym!! Give it a little more time and try to go natural for a while longer. The biggest mistakes I have made was not keeping my diet in check. If I would have quit being lazy, and did a little basic math and reading nutrition facts, I could have done ALOT better on the cycles I have done up to this point. OBSESS about your diet.

im pretty happy with the way ive been going.

Don't use body fat as a gauge on when you should use AAS. I personally feel people put to much emphasis on the "what body fat should I start AAS" thing. Give yourself at least another year of training before you begin to use.

At just over a year, you still do not have a clear enough picture of what type of training works best for you. After you get everything dialed in a little better than give the AAS a go. I'm not saying you have to be absolutely perfect with every little thing. However, if you start AAS too soon you will not learn how to train properly.

I know you are anxious to try the drugs, but they will not make up for poor training and diet. So take the next year or so and play around with what you can achieve naturally.

I like William's advice here too. You are already saying your looking at starting a cycle in a month or two so why not give it a couple more months than that. Seems to me like your doing really well natty at the present as you have made some good progress in dropping your weight so I can safely assume a lot of that has been BF. Keep at it for a little longer, continue your research and you will be ready to go.

As for your thoughts on a cycle I see no problems with Test Cyp for 12 weeks with a d-bol kickstart for first few weeks. Keep the doseages low to moderate and you should see some nice gains. Don't forget about PCT too!
