It is not my intention to come off as an ass. It just usually turns out that way for me. I can't see your pictures, as I do not have a Myspace account.

What exactly does your training look like? What do you train for? The thing is, when you are talking about calories you are just talking about an arbitrary number until you place it into some relevant context. Three thousand calories a day might put a ton of weight on one person, but another might loose weight on that amount. Does that make sense, it's late? What I am getting at is if you are not achieving the weight gain you desire, AAS or not, then you need to up you caloric intake. The easiest way to do this is to add 250 calories (this is added to your daily total) every two weeks until you are seeing the results you want. Then every two weeks after you have started seeing the results you want, you need to stop and re-evaluate your situation (e.g. do I need to add calories, decrease calories, or stay the same). You also need to look at what macro nutrients you do well with. Me for instance, I do extremely well on very low carbohydrates. This is whether I want to gain weight or loose weight. Find what works for you. Hope this helps...

Hey William, just in your honest opinion....

Do you think that he would not have at leats reatained some h20 due to that cyle, i find it impossible to belive that someone would at least not swell due to water retention at such dosages of these compounds. i believe that strict dieting plays a role in gaining gains which are quality and easily maintained. However, 3000 calories on a sus/anadrol stack at 500mg and 350 mg and not gaining anything is an impossibility irrespective of diet...

my conclusion is bunk gear, or abs is just not human....

Thats definetly advice that i can work with, thats all i wanted!

I've never really been bothered about size, i've always been more about shape but over the past few months i've thought about size more and more. With Kickboxing you can't really be that big because your agility and speed is sacrificed and i don't really want to give those attributes up. But, the doormen that i work with are all on the gear and are massive as you can imagine, i look at them and think "yeah i wouldn't mind being bigger" and also considering that the've gave me the nickname Taz lol

Anyway, i'm going to take your advice which i am honestly greatful for, along with the advice from Garra and experiment with my calorie intake and get my gear tested even though i'm sure it's alright. I'm also dropping the USN products and will have a try at something else. Universal Real Gains looks pretty good!

i'll let you know how i get on

I think this has a lot to do with estrogen, the amount one produces and how one reacts to that amount. If I don't take an AI while using a lot of Test, you would see me and think a 220lb chipmunk escaped form the zoo. Then again some guys can use a lot and not see much bloat. But yeah you would suspect with that much Test and Deca he would see some water retention, and therefore some weight gain.

the test and deca was his first cyle bro, his runnin sus and anadrol at the moment, thats the scary part!!!
