I guess I can relate, there was a time when I had to force food down, the only thing that was saving me was weight gainer shakes.

I'm 6' 248lbs. (wouldn't say I'm small,lol) and I still have trouble forcing the food down.

mix a couple packets of oatmeal with your gainer shaeks, and maybe some peanut butter,too.

You have to force yourself to eat and eat a lot. It may get to the point where you are not hungry but you eat anyway because YOU HAVE TO. Set your clock at night and get up and eat.......eat, eat, eat. It's simple math : you have to take in more calories than you burn to grow and conversely, you have to take in less calories than you burn to lose weight. It is that easy, make yourself eat every two - three hours and do this regularly over a long period of time and you will see results. Good Luck
