No gains!!

Hi guys!

I'm currently on my third cycle with this cycle consisting of 500mg sust and 350mg of anadrol per week. I'm around the 160lb mark and i'm 5,10". My two previous cycles consisted of 500mg test e and 300mg deca per week, but i gain hardly anything.

I train 4 days a week with a programme that i had set for me by pro BB Ernie Taylor, i eat almost every three hours and have three USN mass shakes throughout the day. In regard to sleep, i have about 7 and a half to 8 hours a night.

Can anyone offer some advice to help me gain weight?

Has anyone heard of anybody that steroids hasn't worked for?

definitely. thats the last thing we need in the news. somebody gets staff or gets seriously hurt from bad foreign gear.

na it's not the gear, i always have the same stuff as my friend and he always balloons up.

Well, maybe your friend takes the real gear out of yours and pours in some nice extra virgin olive oil instead. Try pouring the vial on some steamed vegetables and cook up a delicious t-bone while you are at it. Maybe then you'll gain some weight.

At 160 lbs, you should be gaining weight without problems naturally (ie if the gear is fake). If you eat enough, you'll gain weight. It's the whole idea "energy in vs energy out." If you eat more calories than your body burns, you'll gain weight. It may be fat and not muscle (depending on what you're eating and how you're working out), but you'll gain weight. Ask Pro BB Ernie Taylor about it if you don't believe me. Add up the amount of calories you eat per day. I'm guessing it's less than 4,000 and if so start eating about 4,000 per day and you should gain weight. If you're doing cardio, you may want to stop while bulking up so you're body isn't burning off as many calories. Whether you're using steroids or not, you should gain weight.

A friend of mine recommended this site as there are experienced guys on here who could offer help but i get a complete dick like you filling up the thread. Not a very good first impression of the site but i'm sure your a minority.
