what should I run with test and d-bol to prevent side fx

OK this is my second post so I ll try to keep this short and to the point. wt 215, six foot, body fat normaly between 5 to 10% (always been lean looked like a skelaton when I was a kid) age 37 training on and off for 10+ years always natural always did somthing physical somtimes all I did was run (alot) Normally lifted to maintain build not bulk goals have changed. First cycle will be test e with 4 weeks of dbol to kick start the cycle. My question is this: What should I run during the cycle to prevent side f/x and for PCT ater words. This is the last part of my puzzle please offer suggestions. going with AS gear. ps Diet is super never changes kind of boring but I stay lean.

Get some Arimidex to have on hand during cycle to combat any gyno issues should they flare up. For PCT run Nolvadex at 20mgs/day for 3 weeks. Commence the Nolva 3 weeks after last shot of test. If you can get your hands on HCG then I always advocate using it too.
