anybody know how much esto does this stuff block. also, what dose do you guys recommend. im about to start some prop. thanks

I suggest using .25mg a day IF you start seeing signs of gyno.

It doesn't block estrogen itself. It's mechanics of action are by blocking the conversion of test to estrogen and it does it very effectively even at a low dose. I agree with dashizzle and would start any doseage with a-dex at .25mgs but would even go to EOD in the first instance.
