Default Cycle suggestions anyone?

Hey I am 6ft 145-150 maybe 1-2% Bod Fat(obviously skinny). I eat a very healthy and balanced diet and drink protein shakes 2-3 times through out the day. As I have never cycled before what would you reccomend I hit it off with.

You BF is not only skinny, it is very unhealthy.
I wouldn't suggest you use any AAS right now. I think we need to focus on your BF first.

Also, how old are you?

You say you eat alot throughout the day.....How many calories are you getting a day?
How many grams of Protein do you get in a day?
How many carbs?

Answer these questions and we'll move on from there.

I miss typed my BF, it is 11-12%. I am 27.

I get roughly 4000 calories a day
In protein shakes alone 140gr
plus whatever else I eat during the day.
carbs =?
I am starting to record everything I eat so I can do all my nutritional stats. Since I am usually hungry every couple hours I just eat or drink a shake, and since I don't put on large amounts of weight or much at all. i haven't had a need to record it.
Since I want to cycle I have my book ready and have began as of this morning to record my intakes.

I want to know how long you have been training and what kind of routine you use. Then when you say "roughly" 400 calories a day, what does that mean. Sometimes, you don't need juice so much as a good diet plan. For several years, I would set an alarm clock and wake up at different intervals during the night to eat and get my planned meals in.

It should be as dedicated to as a religion if you get it right. You may need some AAS but I would analyze all the aspects of my training first.

I agree with ~PM.

I'm just now getting confused.
In this post: New Guy
You said you are almost 0%BF.
Then you said 1-2% .....now 11-12%.

I think you need to focus on the important things, and get your own facts in order, and get specific, and know your own body before assuming you need AAS. IMO

I was very wong, I downloaded a BF calculator that had errors in it. It didn't seem right, but I went with it. I downloaded a different one this morning and it ended up being 11.85333. I know I need to get all my information straight and correct. Like I said I never had to record or try to figure out any numbers for my nutrition.I will make some mistakes,but I am serious and want to do this the right way.

Great. Glad to hear that.
IMO, I still think you should try and gain some more weight on your own.

At one point in my life, I was the type of dude that could eat, and eat, and eat, and wouldn't gain a freakin pound...Now gaining weight is too easy, cutting, and shedding fat is nearly impossible.
So, continue your MMA workouts with the massively high cardio that you crazy bastards do. But also, make sure you are weight training.

Try using "Champion Nutrition"'s "HEAVYWEIGHT GAINER 900" .This stuff is awesome. Tastes great, and helps add the extra calories. Drink one an hour before workout, and one in the middle of the night. One with the first meal of the day won't hurt, either.
I drop 2 tblspoons of peanut butter in the blender with it, along with 2 packs of instant oatmeal....SUPER filling, but does the trick for a middle of the night snack.
And eat,eat,eat. Don't just grab a tiny little snack in between meals, I mean EAT like 6 meals a day. Lean steaks, chicken, canned chicken is awesome for low-fat protein. Tuna fish, salmon, whole wheat products....just eat eat eat.

cant stress it enough...eat.
if you are only 150ish pounds....and 6'+tall...you should be able to gain some weight naturally.

Once you do gain some more weight naturally, consider running a cycle of just test e, or just test c (250mg/wk). Make sure you have arimidex and letro on hand, and also, have some nolva, and HCG for your pct. But IMO....you still have ALOT of reading and learning to do before you reach the point of using AAS.
Be patient, and do lots of reading.The info you need is all here.

Thanks for the info, man. I'm on it. I do two shakes called Calorie 1500 one in the am and one in the pm. I add it in with my protein mix, nice and thick.mmmm

Good food is your friend and lots of it. You should do your best as others have mentioned to get your diet in order and you seem on your way to doing that so congrats.

I was like u when I was bout 19 or 20 and over bout 3 years of a good diet and good training i gained 50lbs naturally.I know ur 27 but if you eat enough and train well it will come.make sure u get plenty of carbs from rice,pasta, bread, oatmeal etc this helps you bulk and also good protein.On 4,000cals u shud be gaining weight but sum people find it very hard like i did.I was convinced i was always going to be skinny but with hard work it pays off.I ate bout 8 meals a day prob consuming bout 5500 cals and with my training i grew.Dnt use AAS till you bulk up a little know.Get ut diet sorted mate and hit the gym and lift some heavy weights.AAS is not the answer just yet.Good luck mate.
