Cycle Advice (winny & deca)

Hey guys, just wanted to get some advice for a friend of mine.

He is 44 years old and has done about 3-4 cycles about 10 years ago, pretty sure was just orals no pins. He works out about 3 times a week, does alot of cardio and has dropped a fair amount of body fat in the last 12 months. his actual BF% is hard to tell cos his legs, back arms etc are rock solid but he has a pretty decent beer gut going on. He weighs about 265 pounds and is strong as shit, I would actually compare him to a silver back guerilla...

He wants to do a 10 week cycle of Deca and winny so I said I would try and find out recommended dosages for someone his age and stats. His goals are to lose some more body fat whilst keeping strength and putting on a little more muscle,

Let mo know what you guys think.

1-12 Sust 250mg-500mg/week
1-12 Deca 200-400mg/week
6-12 Winny 50mg ED (Liquid not oral) Inject ED if possible! Otherwise drink, if muscles are too sore.

I think the best advice that you could give your friend is to clean up his diet and get serious about that before you advise him to take more juice. Obviously if

then his diet needs work. While he may have made great strides thus far, and it sounds like he has, I would still strongly advise him to hold off until he can get rid of the gut. Two things here..........

One: Why add more weight to a frame that doesn't need it yet. Most times, a person will actually look a LOT bigger just by dropping the extra baggage and cleaning up. After all, this should be our first goal.

Second: If he already has a beer gut then this probably means that he doesn't yet have the discipline necessary to get the most out of a good cycle. The key again is consistency OVER A LONG PERIOD OF TIME.

I think I would tell him to clean it up and THEN, spend the money. I see no point in spending money on gear when the MOST effective thing RIGHT NOW, for his appearance, would be the diet.

I would have to agree with you Paramuscle but i'm pretty sure he is intent on using gear to help himself shed some poundage, hence the use of winny. I just dont want to see the guy do it wrong so any advice I can pass on would help a lot

First thing: I understand what you are saying and unfortunately, some people won't listen no matter what you do or say.

I would strongly encourage him the about the diet but, if all else fails......

I think Jermax has laid out a pretty basic cycle above. Definitely, you gotta get some test on board or he will find out what the definition of Deca Dick means. Remember that it takes about six weeks for the Sustanon to reach a therapeutic level in his body so front loading might be worthy of mention but he hasn't done anything in a few years so........might want some more input on this from people smarter than me.
