I love this post access, its well thought out and very informative. I have read it over and over again.

That said, I was so excited when I did my first injection I forgot to aspirate! I did all the other steps, but forgot this important one. As soon as I was done I said to myself "Damn, I should have printed accesses thread and followed it step by step". Live and learn I guess.

Thanks Lurch! Aspirating is important but the possibility of hitting a blood vessel when going in at 90 degrees is unlikely so you will be fine.

Cookie, damn that video made me feel like I was back in high school. Did you see those syringes they were using and the guy jump when he got in the ass. Reminded me of Dr. Frankenstein!
