Man it must have been years since i last noticed my abs, im reasonably cut in my upperr body but nearly three years of finasteride has caused me to retain some extra fat around the hips and stomach...annoys me a hell of a lot.

so is there anyone else outhere who doesnt remain lean all year long? i would love to know....

I like an athletic look but not one that looks like i live eat and breath bodybuilding. I get abs but not ripped up lookin abs. I like more of a bulkier look.

I have to shave my fur to see my abs, so its not often.

I could see them for the majority of this past year. Right now, I can see outlines but not ripped as I've gotten up to 12% bodyfat now .
