If you feel like you are going too far over the edge, it is up to you to do something bro. I have friends that get on something like Amitriptyline or even Lexapro or Effexor. These drugs seem to work pretty good by blocking the Seratonin re-uptake. I am not recommending anything but, you may want to speak with a Dr. and let them know what is going on.

Parra's advice was spot on.

I am a reasonably easy going guy myself but I am aware I have a temper and it is difficult to control at times, especially when your on. You need to assess this as best you can for yourself and manage your aggression or get some supps as a last resort. I am a firm believer though in being able to do these things yourself. You just need to exhibit self control.

its so difficult to explain though bcoz my body reacted before my mind responded if that makes sense, it was as if my body was detached from my brain a complete reflex action....

I think now that im conscious about the possible flare up, i sud be able to exercise some self control...

I have a bit of a temper myself, and while on, it is a bit tougher to control...but is IS managable.

man i hope i don't have any problems like this ! i am easy to get along with and show everyone respect but once someone disrespects me i have a hard time controlling myself i think it is do to where i was brought up and life experiences not so hormonal but if gear adds to that.....man i could be in trouble at work there is this little mouthy mf that has no respect for anyone even himself... i've already yoked him up once i will just have to be really mindful of this and practice extreme self-control cause i can not afford to lose my job i am lucky that he didn't tell on me last time....and i am not the first one to do this to this guy someone else threw him up against the wall in the break room....sorry for rambling
