I got 10lbs of "Ultimate Nutrition's""ISOMAX Xtreme gainer" for about $43.00

Thats about 30ish servings of about 950 calories, 72g's protein (when mixed with milk).

my buddy imports supps...get all my stuff for free which is kinda cool...

Hey Skittle Kid i had a mate who sounded just like you. He is 19 years old 6ft 1 and weighed 143 pounds or 65 kg @ 6% bodyfat (naturally ripped). His training was rock solid as i trained with him every now and again but he couldnt put on any mass. My advice was to get big u gotta eat big and he claimed he was. I got him to write a food diary for me and it turns out he was consuming about 3300 calories a day. So in a sense he was eating heaps as thats wat i normally eat during maintainence phases and im 91kg. But due to his insane metabolism i put him on a diet plan of 4000 calories. By increasing his calories by 700 calories ( 21 percent) and tweaking his protein/carbs/fats he managed to put on 6kg in 2.5 months naturally!!! His calorie intake now is at about 4500 and his put on a further 3 kg. So thats 9kg in about 4 months. So yeah EAT CRAZY and dont be afraid to eat plenty of good fats such as olive oil, avocado, flax seed oil and fats from seeds and nuts

Dang thats awesome man! Yeah im starting a new workout tomorrow six days a week and gonna do 3x protein shakes a day maybe i can get a little bulk on me. ha

Yeah shakes are good man but if ur still not seeing results after 2-3 weeks add a cup of oats to each shake. Oats contain a bulking friendly blend of Carbohydrates, protein and fat and will bump up ur calorie intake. I do this instead of buying those Mass builder protein powders. U ll save urself heaps of money in the process. Use a blender though... and u ll probably still need to chew a bit lol.
