Ok im 21 years old, only weigh 150(had a motorcycle wreck and lost alot of weight, i bench like 200 though) Anyways, yeah im 21, 150 pounds, about 6'1, not sure on body % fat but im not a fat guy by all means lol. But i have a friend that did d-bol and saw great effects from it. Im not saying i want to do steroids im just trying to figure out whats the best method for me to put on size/muscle/strength quickly. I've heard about test-e and all that jazz and i've noticed in alot of these threads people say 21 is to young for juice to stick with 200g of protein and 5000 callories or so a day and it should be enough to "blow me up" So i did read around before i decided to post this lol. But i was 2nd/3rd at my job like 4:30pm-3:00am and i go to the gym after work. i was thinking like a protein shake before bed(right after the gym) one in the morning when i wake up and one mid day ? Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks it advance! Sorry for the long post.

Though you have answered your own question, eating and lifting is how you are going to get big safely. Diet is definitely not my specialty but at 150lbs you should just eat every free moment if you want to put on some serious mass.

Dude.................listen to me now because I am being dead serious:

Eat like a fucking animal..................ALL THE TIME. I am about 6'1" - 6'2" depending on what heels I am wearing and I weigh almost 270 pounds. That means that I am 14 years older than you and damn near twice your size. I went from 175 - 180 pounds, all the way to 230 pounds completely naturally and I did it by eating. Eat all the time and don't worry about it. Man I am not telling you to eat like shit but pour it on. Every two hours !!!! ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT !! Set your alarm and get up and eat at night.......trust me, if you do this and force yourself to eat even when you are not hungry but just because it is time, you will be coming back here and saying than you ........over and over again.

Para is dead on. Though ... you may not see the same results he got, cause that is kinda freakish, yet definately possible natural. Man, Para 270lbs!?!?!? Damn. I'm 180lbs myself @ 5' 9.5" <- yes...i am counting a half inch.
