So I have another one...I hate when you decide to be a nice guy and give somebody that you have never even seen in the gym a spot once, and then he thinks I am his "personal spotter" for the rest of the day...then when you go to give him a spot he starts talking instead of working!!! ararraaggagag!! Well end of story I just went to the other side of the gym threw the weights around and ignored him!!

When you get above the 250 range...............no one comes up and talks to you. I wear headphones, even if they are not on and no one speak to me..............they don't try to work in with me either.......... Honestly, it will surprise some of you guys how much people avoid confrontation with big boys............even if you don't know how to fight and are the nicest guy in the world, you have a stigma attached to you.
