I fucking hate big guys who lift light weights then sit there and stare at you when you rack up and big weight and throw out 8 or 9 reps.

The big men look confused and scratch their heads.

And I hate what me and my training partner call "The Cardio Club" 50 people all show up at 5pm and run on fucking treadmills, run outside, it's better for you!!!

lol, well im not above 250 yet, I should get pretty close on my next cycle...seems like everybody wants the "big guy" to give them a spot. Screw that i aint got the time son. I guess i will start giving them my usual statement, that i use to tell'em...."Yea in a minute!....and that minute never comes, haha.

Yeah, me too....but many times, I only have a certain amount of time to work out...I can't spend it helping others, or I won't get a work-out at all.
