lol just yesterday in the gym 2 guys were working out together and the other got on the tri dip bars and his buddy placed a 90lb dumbell inbetween his legs and he couldnt hold it and it dropped on his buddys ankle

lol i think he may have got thrown out it was the first ive seen the 2 guys working out lol so i dont think they'll be back lol thank god i was just about to throw them out myself ... he was snatching around 40kg and when he had it extended in the air he was just dropping it ... BANG everythime cudda damaged the the weights alsolol fool

When people constantly ask for a spot as I'm on my way back to the bench from the water fountain. "Hey man, can you spot me?"

Me: Point my finger at them as I walk by and say, "Yep, right there you are."

People who talk on their cells while you want to use their equipment. They just sit there and you try to get their attention while they hold up a finger for you to wait. "Get your useless ass off the phone and work out or get your useless ass off the bench so I can work in!!!!!!!!"

People who fart on equipment and leave that stink behind on the equipment or people who sweat profusely and don't wipe down the bench when they are done. "Hey methane for a brain, how about working out that sphincter muscle for better control next time!!!!!!!!!!!!"
