guys who come in groups, hog the bench and spend the rest of the time discussing how they gonna "soap each other's asses later"

guys who come to gym clad in jeans, formal shoes and a dress shirt (believe this shit happens at a frequent basis at my gym)

guys who no jack shit but intend giving advice to a fellow newbie...(once i overheard one guy tell another guy that the squat exercise is primarily used to increase the size of ur shoulders...)

people who believe creatine is a steroid
