When I see somebody about 100 lbs overweight doing sit-ups!! WTF for....go run you dirtbag! I have a friend who does the half rep shit on his bench press, he barely even goes half way down!!!aaarrrrrrghghhggh!! drives me nuts..I gave him so much hell...that he quit working out with me!!
