taking ip sust 375 major pain and the "fever"

Hey guys just started on my cycle 400mgs deca and 750mgs ip sustanon 375 havent done a cycle in two years. Ok so i took 750 of the sust in the delt and the 400mgs of deca in the other delt bad move! the deca shot hurt for a couple of days but the sustanon shot is killing me and i have the test flu shot tuesday and today is sunday im getting a little nervous to be frank. i was wondering if anyone out there had a similar experience and can offer any advice seeing i would like to continue my cycle and my shot is coming up on tuesday. Once i take advil all syptoms subside but the site injection is still a little painful and is red and hot. Any advice would really help! Should i continue my cycle? Should i shoot in the glute? Well the test flu go away within a few shots? Help!

What you have done is problematic but it should resolve itself easily with time. You can't put that much sustanon into one place, it will f***ing kill you. Split the sust into two shots and cut the deca into two shots. Take half the deca and mix it in the same syringe as the sust and shoot that into the glute. This is a common mistake that most people make with sustanon. If it continues, go to the Dr because you may have an abscess. I had one that came up years ago from 2 ml's of sust in the glute and it stayed with me for about a week and a half. I used heating pads and DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE to get it down. It hurts like a ***** but rub that thing as hard as you can and get it to break up.

Keep an eye on it and if it gets too hot and you are running a high fever, go see the Dr.

Sometimes, people get "test flu".........it may be attributed to the test or it may be that you are just getting sick and it is a coincidence. Odds are that your body sees this as an abnormal invasion and is trying to contain it and attack it. I can't tell you what to do except that when I did it, I was a lot younger and it lasted a while and then went away. Next time, break it up like I told you and heat it up and then rub the hell out of it to get it spread out as much as possible anyway.

I just read Access's comments about massaging the site and it makes real good sense and now in retrospect, I will retract my last statement and say that massaging it immediately after the injection, might be a bad idea.
