First cycle- Dbol/Tbol stack

I don,t know one tenth what these guys do, but every time i did oral only i wished i had stacked with test. Hell I wish I had stacked everything I ever did with test. You can't beat nature. Test is best. And cheap if youd open your eyes mister tight budget,

Yeah I threw out the idea of stacking two orals almost immediately after I had gotten the first negative response. I am going to inject 400mg/wk of test e for 10 wks and frontload with dbol for the first 4 wks at 15-25mgs ED.

I don't like the idea of using two compounds for your first cycle, but it looks like you're going to do it anyway so you better have some arimidex on hand just in case gyno symptoms appear. Why are you saying dbol "15-25mg" ED? Pick a dosage and stick with it. I don't think you should be doing any pyramidding with it (example, 20mg ED for 4 weeks).

I dont have to use two compounds, but I have ordered both. If you guys don't think that using dbol is a good idea, I will just save it for another cycle. I have quite a bit of Nolva available in case of gyno but I am not sure if I will have this problem to begin with. Does BF percentage have anything to do with whether or not gyno occurs?

I thought that I would start with 15mg ED for the first week or two, 20mg on the third, and 25mg on the fourth. Isn't pyramiding still common practice with orals? If not, what is a good dosage to stick with for 4 weeks (if I decide to take it) of dbol?

The Test 400mg for 10 weeks will work for a first cycle. Save the d-bol for another cycle. You can use nolva to help with gyno, but I like aromatase inhibitors (e.g. arimidex) to help with gyno problems. It's a difference of preference I guess because some guys use nolva (SERM) to help with gyno, just know that AIs work differently than SERMs. Higher bodyfat percentages can lead to higher amounts of aromatization.

I already answered that. 20 mg/day is a good recommended starting dosage and you could stick with it throughout the cycle. This gives you a decent amount to make some gains on, but it keeps the side effects very managable. I have friends who have run this dosage, gained about 5 lbs/week waiting for long ester compounds to kick-in, and didn't experience any acne breakouts, gyno problems, etc. Just remember everyone is different though. I read somewhere that supposedly that was the d-bol dosage Arnold took back in the day. 30 mg/day for 4 weeks is probably what most people would recommend though.

If I were to frontload my cycle with dbol, at what time and at what dosage should the nolva be taken at?

If I were not to frontload with dbol, when and at what dosage should the nolva be taken?

I plan on starting my cycle this Tuesday with at least the test. I have not decided on the dbol yet, however, it is very tempting as I have already payed and received it and the short-term gains are very appealing. I have only 1000mg of Nolva, so I will want to conserve as much as possible for later in my cycle (must have 540mg for PCT).

personally, I wouldn't take nolva while on cycle.
only IF YOU NEEDED IT.
I agree that you should stick with test only for your first cycle.
400mg/wk will get you some pretty worthy gains provided your dietand training are in check.

LIFT HEAVY, and don't be affraid to put some extra weight on the bar every couple days. Just make sure to warm up properly so you don't hurt yourself.
