1" needle?

Will a 1" needle be long enough? I plan on using the whole 1" and push down a bit father to make a nice seal.

It depends on which muscle, how big it is/you are, and how much fat you're carrying in that area. Just remember you are trying to inject a compound into the belly of the muscle. Just note that you don't want a needle that is barely going to reach the actual muscle.

I use 1" but I don't have too much body fat. I shoot shoulders, quads and calves mostly so 1" is plenty. I use it for glutes too but higher toward the top so there is not much fat and I push it in deep to make sure it goes in enough. 1.5 would be better for that though.
