I have been on my cycle a little over a week. Cycle was based on some weight loss and firming of the body. Any lean muscle I build is simply just a bonus for me.

Height about 5'10" Starting weight was 188lbs. I tend not to worry so much about weight though more about how I look. Rough guess that my BF is around 14-15% range. Was a little over 15% when I was eatting like crap a month ago.

Okay for my cycle I am doing.

-Test Prop 500ml weekly (weeks 1-12)

-Tren Acetate 300-400ml weekly (weeks 1-8). Dose started at 300ml may go up if side effects are under control.

-Clenbuterol 60-100ml ED (weeks 2-4, 6-8, 10-12) Thinking about adding some T3 with the clen.

-Arimidex

-Dostinex

-Novadex for PCT

multi vitamin, protein, glutamine, potassium pills (help control blood pressure)

I think that is everything as far as my cycle goes. I also have a friend doing more of a bulking cycle.

-Test Cyp 750ml week (weeks 1-12)

-Deca Dur 400ml week (weeks 1-8)

-D-bol 50ml ED (weeks 1-5)

I will keep you updated on his cycle also.

I will try to give updates on these cycle every four weeks to let you know our progress.

definitely. i know that it's virtually an impossibility for me to lift while on clen, i just cramp cramp cramp. hopefully it won't affect you as it does me.

Okay 3 and half weeks into my cycle and a week and half into my clen. Noticed decent strength gains about what I expected since I am on a very moderate cal intake. Have had no real problem on the clen. Had the shakes the first few days but I can tell the body has started to adapt. Actual have my clen dose up to 120 a day right now.

My weight has not changed alot jumping between 188lbs-192lbs. The last week the weight has been on the lower end of that. Body fat has decreased greatly from where it was at. That being said I stilll have long way to go to reach my goals.

Since I have not had any trouble with the clen I plan on ordering some T3 to add with my next 2 weeks of clen.

I would not go over 120mcgs. Adding T3 will be very synergistic and you should see some increased fat burning with both of these.

What is T3, I feel like and idiot here sometimes. But anyway I hate clen it does nothing for me but make me sick. I preference the stack, but whatever glad to hear your doing well.

They have a section on the super site that better describes T3/cytomel. Basically, it's a thyroid hormone that increases your body's metabolism. Works wonders but should only be used a limited time as it can and will permanently inhibit the body's natural production of this hormone.
