my advice is for you not to do it
go onto the "super site" and read through all the steroid profiles, use the search button
what weight/height are u?
what are your goals? stronger? bigger? how much stronger? how much bigger?

My goals are to definitelty get bigger and stronger. I would like to be as twice as strong as I am naturally. Same goes for size.

Height currently is 5'7 and I weigh 145. My bench is 155 and squat is 225.

from i was 15-19 i put on 5lbs a year, then when I was 19 I upped my calories to 4500 and starting putting on 9lbs a year. do u know how many grams of protein you are getting a day? do u know how many calories u are getting. start counting calories and grams, even if u take steroids you will lose most of it if you dont have a good diet.

i think you could put on 1.5 inchs to your height, if you take steroids you will deff stay the same height

I think I will gain more than that because my genes are tall. My mom is 5'8 and my dad is 6. But I do drink protein shakes a lot and eat fish and steak. So I would say I get about 160 g of protein a day. I know Steroids will stunt my growth, so thats why I'm going to wait till I'm done growing.

good man, if your interested in speeding up the gaining process, write out a realistic diet, post it up and we'll tell you how you could improve it.
diet is 80% of gaining mass and strength. try it out for 2 months if you havent noticed a change post up your training routine and we start again

up until your in your mid-20s, you should make great gains by adjusting your diet and tweaking your training.

We'd all be willing to help you with that.

Keep the steriods as a last resort, once you've tapped out your own genetic potential...

Most anabolic thing you can do is eat at your age. Even steriods pale to a diet thats dailed in

Well for starters, I eat omlets for breakfast in the morning, then 2 hours later, I will either have salmon or steak. 1 hour after that I will have tuna, a protein shake containing 60 g of protein. Then for Dinner I 'll have more steak.

lets say 5 egg omelette 30gs protein
salmon/steak 50g protein
tuna/shake 60g protein
steak 60g protein
thats 200gs not bad. is it consistant? everyday?

but at most its only about 3000 calories


best diet ive done is
6am cereal, protein shake 60g
8am 5 eggs 30g
10am pasta, tuna with light dressing 50g
12am chicken fillet 30g
2pm 5 eggs 30g
4pm red meat with greens and potatoes 50g
6pm protein drink 60gs

thats 310 and around 4200
Do you think that what be realistic for ur lifestyle?( i usually work out 12:30 - 2:00
