How did you feel when you first started taking steroids? Did you get more energy and able to lift more weights the first week or what?

Roids don't normally kick in till 4th week.

Problem is, if your diet isn't right, steriods won't do squat for you.

You need a couple of years of natural training with your diet dailed in first.

Lol whatever man I gained 85 pounds with my squat in 6 weeks with a 2000 calorie diet. I think steroids will be a major factor in my strength increase regardless what your diet is.

This is the exact attitude that people get pissed off at. You think you know what you are doing, and you just want the easy way out.

Yeah man not much to brag about when you're initially working out. Steroids are meant to be taken when you HIT YOUR NATURAL LIMITS. Which obviously, if you gained 85lbs on a max, you haven't plateaued... especially if you think your shitty diet will work.

I'm not trying to be an asshole, I'm just tired of people critisizing my diet when it's hard to eat like 4k calories a day. I know I haven't hit my plateau yet on my squat. Notice how I said in 6 weeks, increasing by 85 pounds is a lot. I squat 225 now and 6 weeks ago I only squated 135. Actually thats 90 pound increase, and I'm only 17, so cut me a break. When I take steroids, I'll know what I will be doing, no need to worry.
