The reason you got terrible answers is due to terrible attitude shown twords others by you. If you had approached this entire thing differently, you would have gotten a different result.

Honestly, 22-25 would probably be better...Just make sure you are done growing first. If you aren't done growing, you WILL run into some serious problems...including but not limeted to, no sexual functionality if executed improperly. Who wants that? Nobody does, and I would assume you don't as well. We are all here to help you out, but remember this, everyone wants to be treated in a nice way. I know for sure when I am not, I never in my life have been in a situation where I could fight someone and havn't. (And so far I've only lost one when I was 12)

So maybe I personnally need to work on that, it's probably not a good thing.

All he is doing is looking out for your well being just as he hopes people will do for him, and you threw it back in his face. Thats when I personnally got pissed off.


So as for help on what you are trying to do here, I think it would be in order to restate you're goals, give us an introduction, and welcome to IS.

Yep thats what we're saying. It's about 80% of it. Food is the most anabolic thing you can put in you. Let's say you cycle, but all you do is give your body crap to work with, you'll be left with a crap body after the cycle. Crappy gains, crappy everything. i agree with this completely. a friend of mine did a cycle of test e 500mg.week for 12 weeks and ate like shit. probably ate 2000-2500 calories a day, and he weighed 200 lbs. ate the end of 12 weeks guess what he gained. 15 lbs on his bench and 10 lbs. of watery weight. steroids are by no means a miracle drug. they simply help you out a little, but only if your diet is spot on.

now just hear me out on this part. we were all your age once and i know that when i was, i knew everything. like someone said earlier, if i could of gotten juice when i was 17 i would have probably killed myself. good on you for deciding to wait a few years to juice, but please, for yourself, if you are 22 and are still making gains naturally (which you should be) don't take steroids. just because you're a certain age doesn't mean that you have reached your genetic potential. my father started training when he was 19, and at age 37 (6'4, 230 lbs, 6.5% bf) was still gaining quality strength and muscle, NATURALLY. he was a genius with his diet and training, and heaven only knows how much bigger we all would be if we had our diet and training dialed in perfectly like he did.

diet and training, diet and training, diet and training....that's what it all comes down to bud. and i assure you, if you use steroids before you plateau, you will regret it. i assure you. anyone agree?

90% of supplements are complete BS. stick with protein and creatine. that's all you need, along with a solid, consistent diet.

and steroids are not taken to give you energy. at 17, you should have enough of that.

Actually, NO xplode isn't bs, and it works for me. Gives me plenty of energy and have gotten much stronger from it. Steroids only help a little? Cmon stop messing with me, how could have he only gained 15 pounds on his bench press in 12 weeks on steroids, I can gain more than that on bench naturally. I do drink a lot of protein shakes though which make up for the meals that I miss.
