I've found greater endurance and pumps during my workouts. But one things for sure, it's definitely not worth the money. You can find a good L-Arginine product for less. Name brand isn't necessarily the only route to go.

Krypto, if I could give you a piece of advice it would be don't give up, or get discouraged. I would suggest you go to the diet, and training section and read as much as you can. It helped me tremendously but just tweaking a couple of things.

I think you can come away from this a lot smarter.
1. Wait until your about 23.
2. Start eating more, and more often. Eat lots of good food.
3. Start tweaking your training to see what works and what doesn't work. You have gone up a ton on your squat. Thats where you want to be.

After utilizing this advice, I will bet you my LIFE you will grow after being consistent for a few years.

And you can look forward to being able to cycle in a few years after you've mastered those 3 things.

If you plateau on anything just let us know and we can help you tweak it.

i was 150lbs 20 months ago. i am 200lbs now with a max bench of 335. 5' 7. never done a cycle. eating right and training consistency is how i did it. you have gotten solid advice on here now take it or leave it.
