First cycle help!

Hello people. This is my first cycle and I want help

I was thinking of using, Sust 250 with turinabol,

or test E with turinabol.

Test 8 weeks 400-500 MG week,

Turinabol 4 weeks, 40 MG every day.

What you guys think? Is this a good cycle for beginners?

and what should I pick? Test E or Sust 250?

I am 28 years old, Been working out for 7 years, training 5 times a week.

200lbs and 5'9

Hi and welcome.

As a beginner myself, I would recommend using Test E instead of Sust for your first cycle. That's the information I was given, purely for a few reasons. Mainly with just using one compound of test, you can see and gauge how your body reacts to the Test, as it's different for everyone. That way you can get a feel for how it's going to work in your body. Plus the Test is going to make you have some great gains in both strength and weight, even better so than Sust in some circumstances, so I would stick to the Test. Plus you are the same age as me, and I suspect 500mg/week of Test will make you blow up! Good luck!

I have already ordered tbols, and I want to use it with the Test E cycle, Is that a good idea?


Here is how I want to do it,

Test E 500mg week two shots 250mg on Mon and 250 mg on thrus weeks 1-8
T-bol 40mg each day weeks 1-5

post cycle theropy
nolvadex
clomiplex 50 mg ed week 10-12
ameridex 5mg ed

The test should be run for 10-12 weeks. How much nolva are you taking? PCT should be 3-4 weeks. Good Luck!

the tbol is really bad on the liver and infact you do not help that much

1st cycle should be basic and simple you will gain 20 plus no matter what if youe eat and train

hi, I will take 20 mg nolva for 4 weeks.

I agree with Spartan about using test e in your first cycle although sus would be a good choice as well. As far as the tbol goes, you won't see much from it in the begining but it won't hurt anything either. If you wanted something to kick start your cycle, dbol would have been a better choice than tbol. Or using the sus alone you would notice gains quicker due to it having test prop which is a short ester. The test e takes 3-4 weeks to notice anything for me and really should be run 10-12 weeks to get the best results. If I were running your proposed cycle, I would run test e weeks 1-10 then the tbol weeks 7-12. The reason I would use tbol at the end running it 2 weeks past the test is that you will keep you body in an anabolic state right up to pct. Your test e will be done and you could start pct the day after you tbol is done due to its short ester. There would be no laps of anabolic compounds in your body before pct.

aha, You mean I should run Test E , 10 weeks and while im on my 7th week I add the tbol from 7th week t0 12th week, and then I can start my PCT the same or the day after my last Tbol (on the 12th week) , Correct me if im wrong pal.
