tons of problems here. forget about your cycle question. thats unimportant right now.

1.) i bet you $1,000 US Dollars you aren't at 1-2% BF. You would barely be alive. 6% is considered LOW.
2.) 160lbs? How tall are you. You should be well above that at 5,000 calories a day.
3.) HOW OLD ARE YOU?
4.) Past cycles?

You edited your post. You are 5'11 @ 160? Holy shit your a twig. Something isn't right here. You are either lying to us about your diet or you are YOUNG.. and still probably lying to us. If 1-2% BF were possible for you, you would already have the "Holy shit he is ripped" and starved look.

Jay Cutler at the last Mr. Olympia was at 3% bodyfat on a starvation diet. If your actually taking in 5000 cals a day at 1-2% bodyfat, then I would not suggest steroids. I would suggest going to the doctor right away.

It's more of a guess on BF...I don't really seem to have any. Maybe a 1/4 of an inch on my lower abdominals. I guess 6% would be safe to say.

Ok, give us more exhaustive view your diet, and training. (poundages, duration, years lifting,)

I eat a lot of chicken, usually 3 times a week. Eggs, Salad, Fish, (Tuna, salmon, swordfish) and I love steak.

I use creatine, weight gainer 1850 (2x day) Whey Protein (58g per shake 2x daily, + following workouts),

Fish Oil 1200mgs
2x daily Multi vitamins at least once daily, night as well on more intense days, and Flax oil 1000mgs 2x daily.

5-7 meals per day, the 6th and seventh on days of more intense workouts...my metabolism is crazy fast.

1+ years lifting now, past 5 months along with proper dieting and less cardio. I usaully waver between 165 and 160.

Bench 170 comfortably.
Curls 45-55 comfortably.

Ive been doing my research on here, all I am trying to find out is what type of cycle should I use when I actually go for it...as of now I am holding off for a few months.

For what I am looking to do, will winstrol or deca be better to use.

for a fact I know you have much more potential naturally.

i was 5'6" 125 and benching 200, while working out as a college runner. you can definitely make many more gains naturally.

when I changed my diet, stopped running, and pushed myself to the limits in the weight room, I put on 25lbs and ridiculous growths in strength. it's those types of natural gains until you hit a limit is when you know you are ready for gear.

to me at 5'11, 160lbs and only 170 bench, there's no way you've hit your limit. good you are waiting a few months though. personally I'd wait a bit longer than that. you'd be surprised what can happen in 6 months if you actually dedicate yourself.

p.s. with 5k calories a day, you'd be naturally putting on weight. i was a rail and started eating that much and boom weight gain. i definitely have a fast metabolism, but it only works that way for so many calories. after a while, you're guaranteed to put on weight, or you have a serious thyroid condition, which you don't.

Your diet is good. You could still probably be taking more calories with your metabolism, and I would even suggest significantly cutting cardio out for a bit. Even lifting less frequently. Try giving your body more time to recover. I used to train 5-6 days a week. I was only giving my body enough time to recover, but not to add anything extra. Try 3-4 times a week of INTENSE training no longer than 90 mins. Also try adding more squats, bench and leg press to your workout regimen. As far as a cycle you will def see some serious gains while on sust and deca. Be sure to have a good pct because deca shuts you down. Because it's a progestin it can cause some serious gyno if you're not careful. Have a good anti-estrogen in case of gyno symptoms during cycle.
