Did you hear the latest from the American Medical Association? The no longer promote drinking eight 8 oz. glasses of water a day. They have determined that you should drink if you are thirsty and don't drink if you're not. They've really come a long way in medical science. I guess that's why it's called PRACTICING medicine.

I seen it on the news yesterday. It doesnt apply to athletes or BB. If you need more water then drink it. But the average joe probably wouldnt need that much.

i dont think they said it was bad. I cant really remember exactly what they said but there was mention that people think by drinking loads of water that its good for the skin blah blah. But they said theres no scientific evidence on this.
Im not gonna stop drinking loads of water.

I think we all know you need water. I heartily agree you need adequate water but it should be guided by the individual. Excessive water can result in hyponatremia just to mention one. Remember the lady last year that died from drinking too much water while attempting to win a vehicle? Just use your head and all will be fine. All things in moderation. Drink it daily and often but don't go forcing 2 gallons down your throat because someone tells you it is mandatory to save your kidney's during a cycle.
