I'm about six weeks into my sustanon and deca cycle from AS which is top notch gear btw. I experienced the same kinda pain early on with my injections mainly due their gear being so friggin thick. As mentioned earlier in this thread, I always find it effective to draw a "gear bath" in the sink with hot water and I place my vials in the hot water to let the gear thin out. This works great and should do the trick for you. As far as the shaking bro just take a deep breath and relax, I took my 10yr old son to the hospital the other night and this method worked for him! lol Gl 2 ya!

I do a gear bath everytime....still doesn't make any difference. But definitely don't have a shaky hand...that is nothing but trouble by itself!!
