time injection to synchronize with workout?

Noob here with a question about the timing of taking the shot vs. when to workout.

I am 50, got an HRT Rx for cyp. Not a bodybuilder but I do Cross Fit to stay in shape for alpine mountaineering (remote peaks, glaciers---not rock climbing). I need tons of work capacity/stamina for climbing.

Just did 2nd of 10 weekly cyp injections for this HRT cycle. Dose is 200mg. After the 1st injection (1st week) I thought I was sold false goods---didn’t notice a thing. Did my 2nd weekly injection Wednesday evening. Woke up Thursday morning feeling like I could climb Everest before lunch then plow Scarlett Johanssen ‘til sundown. Wow, I was on rocket fuel all morning. I don't know why I got no effects the 1st week but Thursday morning I sure knew I really did get a vial of test.

By the time I hit the gym Thursday evening I was feeling more normal. Still “up” but not on the rocket ride like in the morning. HERE’S MY QUESTION: should I time the injection so I hit the gym a few hours later when the t is at its max? Would I get a lot more out of that one workout? Of course I work out more than one day per week, I’m just wondering if I could turn one workout a week into something super special if I time the cyp injection right.

I've noticed the next day I would get a similar feeling after injecting test enth (an ester very similar to cyp).

Found this:

Not sure if it would be possible to get the blood level peak timing within a few hours so that it'd coincide with your workout.

because of the slow acting ester, the answer to your question is no. im surprised you noticed such a big difference so soon, ur natural levels must of been rock bottom

Some guys believe in this theory but seems more likely a placebo effect rather than anything actually physiological happening. Never noticed anything myself and tend to side with willy's comments here on this one.

I would have to agree with both Willy and Access. Cyp and E are both long lasting esters, and administered weekly should keep you elevated evenly, without any drastic 'peaks'. The life of it shouldn't kick in for a few wks, so I'm also surprised you've felt anything at all yet.

The two differences I have noticed at least in my body between cyp and enanthate is this with cyp i felt it faster.... two weeks and I felt it.... no joke, my test lvls were normal before taking also.... the other difference was as soon as I inject enanthate I can taste it!! lol I get a chemical taste in my mouth as soon as I inject it, but I dont get this with cyp...

OK guys, thanks for all the feedback. Especially helpful to be told that cyp takes a while to get cranking.

I am new to this so I admit I don't know what I'm doing and what I should expect. The hormone shop gave me several medications with a schedule for taking them. I will just stick to that and see what happens.
