Hello,
I posted this in the introduction section. Not sure where I was suppose to post. Take a look at my photos at that section . I hope its not double posting. But I was curious of what you guys think should be my first cycle. I did order some Test C and Tbol. How much of it do you recommend. I have been reading around 250-400. Even higher. WHat do you think I can handle. Sorta new to this but not new to natural lifting. Thanks! Hey guys, Well I have been naturally bodybuilding for 7 years. Just the last 2.5 I have really focused very hard on all the mistakes I made for the 4.5 I'm 29 (just turned ) 5ft 8" 200 pounds and at 10% body fat. I feel that I can improve much more naturally but I feel I have put my time in and am responsible to start my first cycle. I pretty much do everything at my gym that others don't. I don't drink, smoke, anything. I eat 5-6 meals a day and get plenty of rest 8-10 hrs. 10 of course after a hard lifting session and for repair. I carb up on my days off. Wow I don't feel the appetite but I know how important it has become to eat even when you are not hungry. Now mind you I do take days that I fuel up like there is no tomorrow. I dont let my body get too drained. Just not very often. My meal plain is about 60-80 fats, 250 carbs, and 250-300 protein. Lift 2 days in a row and one off. Sometimes Ill take 2 in a row. Just depends if I did a double workout session in one day. Ill post pics up and I think you'll be amazed what i look like naturally. So whatya think. I know ill explode on my first cycle. Naturally I have gained 30 pounds of solid weight in 2 years time. Bodybuilding is written all over me. I know that sounds like a bragging remark but you wouldn't be here to if you didn't believe in what you are capable of doing. I have actually placed my first cycle order. test. Cy and some tbol. how much of each do you suggest and for what duration. I'm aware of post cycle. Ill read up on that more. I'm not sure of the dosage for my first cycle. Will 200 a week be fine of test? Please let me remind you I'm already decent size and pretty well emphasized. Not a hard gainer here. If you have a link to my question for first time user and how much please direct me. I dont know where to look. I have read up alot as well but I havent seen anything related to a persons current condition and size. |

Yes you are a natural, regardless, your first cycle should be simple. There are many reasons for this. It is verry important to understand that whenever you introduce a drug into your body, that drug will bind with 1 or more types of receptors, and when those receptors become saturated, the body will begin to see a reduction in the number of those receptors. Test binds rather strongly, which is why a first cycle should be a nice even strong yet prudent level of a long ester test. Cyp is ideal. If you have someone to give you a glute shot, then 500 once a week should be fine, otherwise I recomend 1ml twice a week in the thighs (alternating) test is rumored to weaken tendons, so i wouldnt hit the delts. Your endogenous test appears to be more than adequate, so If you do correct pct you should keep most of your lean gains. You must, I repeat MUST see access for this. He is our pct guru. Back to the receptor thing, you may see bigger gains at 500/week than an advanced user would see at say 750 plus high dosages of other compounds. This is why it is so important you keep it prudent at the outset. Oh give us a lat shot, and quads if you can.

Willy is right , twice a week is better. I was just suggesting the once a week as a convenience option because with a long estered test you can get away with it. I think its cyp not e......

Hey Guys. Ill post current pics when I get off creatine. Gained 5 pounds water weight on just 5 grams a day. Hopefully in a week. Those pictures were 2 yeras ago. Im 15 pounds heavier.

Congrats on doing things the right way!
Your very ready for a first cycle and should see some impressive gains when you do. I agree with the simple is best approach for first time around would also stick to test at 500mgs/week dosed twice weekly as mentioned. I think you could also add some d-bol in first four weeks if you wish just to get you going quickly. |
