Cycle Suggestions

How should I go about this one (Like I said in other threads, this may be ordered, but I am waiting until I hit my goal of 185-190lbs before use)

Diet clean 5k-6k cals per day (upped per advice from useres on here)

PCT, I can get easily which is why I am waiting to hear suggestions on what to use, I already have nolva.

Products:

250 sust
250 deca
d-bol
winstrol

that will be my inventory...what type of PCT should I use for this? Also, I am going for a cut "model" type of physic...so far I have one at 163lbs but I want to be at 185-190 with the same look.

So questions I have:

For what I am looking for what would be the best mixture of these products?

I plan on minimum dose of any of these. I may up the doses is I feel it necessary.

Suggestions?

I will just save whatever I don't use for a future cycle.

I am going to assume you plan on a reduced calorie diet and some serious cardio following your cycle to accomplish your goal of a "model" body. Deca and d-bol will cause a pretty good amount of water retention and give you an overall smooth look to your muscles, not a model body. So unless you are looking to have the big and tall look, I would rethink your compounds.

You could use the sus and winstrol and probably get results closer to what you are looking for. Either way, after a cycle where your goal is to put on mass, you will need to increase your cardio and reduce your calories to lean out, if that is the look you want.

I'm sure there are other opinions out there and probably some good advice to get you where you want to be.

Ok Good advice. I do plan on running a lot more than usual. I skateboard and freestyle bike as well so I most likely won't have a huge problem losing the excess after the cycle. I'll hold off on the deca and the d-bol. What will the pct need to consist of? Is nolva going to be enough for low dosing? Should I have some clomid or dex on hand?

Really for me comes down to diet more than anything else. Steroids will for the most part assist in placing mass on your frame regadless of what you take. Certainly there are others that do this better than some but you have sus, d-bol and deca which for the most part are used in a bulking cycle. If you continue to consume the calories your looking at then in conjunction with a solid work out routine you will put on some good mass and I think your overall goal of 20-25lbs is very achievable.

Your likely to bloat some so have some a-dex on hand during cycle to combat this and then combine some cardio into your cycle at moderate amounts and you should not have too much trouble keeping it in check. Doing this way makes leaning out after cycle so much simpler.

Make sure you finish the deca at least two weeks before the sus to ensure it is starting to clear out of your system as Nolva and 19-Nor's don't combine too well but if you do this then using Nolva for PCT will be fine. Run the sus at say 12-14 weeks and then finsih the deca at 10-12 weeks and then wait 2 weeks to start PCT with Nolva.

When your cycle is over do not stop the intensity with training and add in some serious cardio and you should get close to, if not exactly where you want to be but again make sure you keep the gym training up to hold onto those gains.

How many days/week do you usually train on cycle vs. off-cycle? I've heard to limit the time frame while off to keep gains.

When on cycle I challenge you to overtrain...off cycle it can be done much easier. Myself I do the same these days regardless and that is 4 days a week but that is more due to time management issues and I am not attempting these days to be as big as I can possibly be but if that is your goal you need to listen to your body when your off cycle and ensure you get adequate rest as these are critical issues.

PCT is vital and this is very dependant upon what cycle you ran as to what's best for PCT. I cannot do without HCG as I tend to run a heavier cycle and this for me is an absolute. A lighter to moderate cycle you can get away without HCG but even then it certainly would not hurt in low doses. I am a big proponent of Nolvadex as it works well for me. Some others have issue with it and then look to other compounds like Aromasin or even Clomid and sometimes even combinations. You need to find what works best for you and most important in this getting your HPTA restored and natural test production back on board ASAP.
