Most anabolic substance? That'd be food!

About a month ago I was at 180 eating clean and making moderate gains but took Para's advice to freaking eat like a beast. Nearly doubled the food I was taking in and today I weighed in at 189. Slight increase in bodyfat% but overall good gains. I am feeling a ton stronger as well. My buds who I work out with were asking if I was on roids with the almost overnight strength gains. I've had several dudes asking if I was on d-bol. Felt good to tell em no.

This is a testament to newbies: Eat and you will grow.

Aside from protein, I found that my body responded best to complex carbs with a heavy molecular weight such as beans or potatoes. I will keep up the eating for as long as I can before I get too fat. I've been allowing more time for rest and that has helped tremendously. I've been doing a lot more deep, slow squats, and really pushing myself with deadlifts as well. Overall I am exspecting some serious growth over the next year or two before I cycle. I will keep you updated on my progress.
