Is my cycle legit

Whats up guys I'm 25, 5'10"1/2, 204 lbs, and 12 % bodyfat. My body type is an endomorph with mesomorph tendencies (mainly strength). I have been lifting for about 7 years and 5 years like a maniac. I have made 95 % of my gain without a partner and have been working out with one for about a year with minimal gains so I believed I have plateaued. So I decided to use gear for the first time just enough to throw me over my threshold. I have done extensive research on gear and have many friends who have used. I did not want to go crazy for my 1st cycle because I felt it would not really be necessary because of how hard I work out and my diet is also stellar. My cycle looks like this: Week 1 Test enth 400 mg and Arimidex .5mg a day. Week 2-8 Test enth 300 mg and Arimidex .25 mg a day. Week 10-13 start PCT with nolva 20 mg. week 9-11 arimidex .25 mg a day for the first week then .25 mg every other day for two weeks. Also LR3 starting week 10-13 50mcg 5 days on and 2 days off. I know this is not a high dose or a long cycle but I dont think I need one to get over the hump. I am in week 2 as we speak and have ordered Winstrol and enough for 50 mg every other day for 6 weeks. (1) My question is, do you think I should start it on week 7 and extend my cycle since it is only an 8 week cycle? (It would be longer by 2 weeks.) I might have access to prop to extend it awhile but am not sure. (2)Next question is about Winny I have heard and researched that it has positive benefits oral and IM so I was thinking of taking 20 mg Oral and 30 Mg IM does this sound like a good plan. (3) What are your feelings on this cycle for me?
For other background info I max 365 on bench, 265 on overhead press, 1 pullup with 120 1bs strapped to me, romanian deadlift at 465 and squat at 395. I started upper body way before lower body I added lower body after about two years of lifting. Hope this helps and any input would be greatly appreciated.

Wow, Killatiger... you should have thought this out BEFORE you started.

Typically, you'll see most of us recommend 500mg a week for a 12week cycle. No other sterids with that. The reason is so that if you have any side effects, you know whats causing it. Also, 8 weeks is not really enough for you to start getting all the benefits of your steriods.

Leave the winny alone. Bump your test to 500mg a week and run for 12 weeks. You should be pleased with the results.

Also, make sure you taking in enough calories. The most import part of this is your diet. Leave the arimdex alone unless your showing signs of side effects. It can inhibit your growth on cycle.

I know most cycles are for 12 weeks with 500 mg of test e, and really did think about it I just did not think it would be neccessary because it is my first cycle and I found a lot of research that suggests at the lower levels I was using would be effective, however I am new to gear so do not have the knowledge you all have. I thought about the winny and thought it would be ok since it is at the end of the cycle and any side effects should have shown up before then in theory. Not trying to be hard headed just trying to figure this out. I do want to do things right. So i appreciate any knowledge thrown upon me. One other thing is I may have access to test prop without having to order online should I use this to extend my cycle or just man up and buy more test e.

Ill stop the adex unless I get some side effects plus forgot to add I eat like a horse. I know at least 3500-4500 or more each day.

I'm ok with your doses and think you will still see gains from it but would certainly look to extend maybe two weeks and possibly four for optimal benefits. Good idea to stop a-dex and just keep on hand in case you start to bloat or gyno symptons raise their ugly head. Save the winny for now, keep it for an upcoming future cycle.

I will save the winny, especailly since you both agree but is the reason for side effects (knowing what causes what) since it is started late or is it just a bad idea for a first cycle to have to steroids. Just trying to learn but I plan on saving it because of yalls advice.

Winny does have some unpleasant sides for some which include joint stiffness. This is probably attributable to it's estrogen suppression effects.

The reason for extending the cycle is that you probably won't see real results until the 4th week into the cycle, so limiting your gains to 4 weeks isn't the most economical use of a cycle. Your body needs to begin to be acclimated to the new gains/synthetic hormones while on cycle to have a better shot at keeping them off cycle. You have to realize that your already screwing with your hormones. Give them time to settle.

In regards to the winstrol, in the future I would be careful with too much use of adex with the winny as the winny is known to cause joint pain and the lack of estrogen won't help the situation. Also oral is a lot less painful than the injection. My 2 cents.

Killatiger18, you've got some good stats. Doing a 12 wk cycle at 500mg/wk test e will give you some incredible gains. You are perfect material for a cycle. 25 is the right time to start.
