How much t-bol

How much t-bol , or winny, or whatever, is necesary to prevent catabolism in a trained 200lb male who is taking cytomel and clen to cut up. Or more specificaly, Build me a cutting cycle out of t-3 and clen with a minimum of as, just to prevent catabolism. What would be typical dossage, duration, etc.

I'm gonna run a 6 week cycle of clen/T3/var (once my shit finally arrives that is... damn customs and their green tape!) Ramping up my T3 and clen up to 100 mcg T3, 120 mcg clen and stacking with var at 40 mgs/day with that. I've received good feedback on that plan so far. I'll be usinBenadryl on the 3rd and 6th week (50 mgs nightly) with the clen to keep receptors upregulated so clen can be run continuously. This could probably be bumped up to 8-10 weeks if needed, but I wouldn't run the var any longer than that. Supp with milk thistle product for liver health even though its mild. Hope that helps!

T3 should be ramped up quickly, then ramped down slowly... clen, ramp up quickly based on sides, then you can use at same dose all the way up to end of cycle.

jeffefrijoles has done some research it would seem and I don't see any real problem with what he's proposing. If using t-bol then 40mgs/day would also work for it too.
