Injecting HCG

They say that you have to inject HCG subcuteaneously, where and what exactly is that, is they are particular spot on the body thats the best place to do this, also what is the best way to inject it and how? Also, does having bodyfat make it more difficult to inject HCG?

Subcutaneously means like pinching the fat on the stomach or elsewhere and injecting. You dont have to do that. Injecting in the muscle(Glute) will give the same results and is easier IMO.

Subcuteaneously would be like giving yourself a shot of insuline. Best area would be pinching the skin next to your belly-button, it's the easiest spot I have found. Some of the other guys may have better info for you than I can offer, just check back, they always post great info here.

just beside/below ur bellybutton, go in at a 45 degree angle

Sub-q is simple and easy way to go as guys have described above. IM is also pretty easy to but either way use a slin pin unless your really high on the BF%.
