hey V.O. just started my dbol a week and a half ago and i've had no weight gain, only mb 5lb increase in weight, and my stomach just started feeling like everytime i eat it's like a lead weight just landed in my stomach.. is this similar to the "stomach cramps" you were getting? my diet was right on track until this feeling happend.. i was just wondering if the comparison was similar? or if mine is completely different? thinking my dbol might be bunk, but not sure.. so just checking.. but mine's not the pink Thai's..

i definately don't have a "bloat" feeling, just a lead ball in my stomach when food hits it.. and a little nausea too.. i WAS running 25mg's but to no effect, so i upped it to about 40..

again.. fantastic thread! great job logging..

5lbs in a week and a half doesn't sound all that bad. I'd stick to the 25mg... 40 seems like a lot unless you weigh 250 or have done a lot of gear. I would get nausea as you describe in the morning.... especially if i ate a heavy grain such as kashi or a high fiber cereal as part of my meal. I would have a heavy stomach. Milk also killed me on cycle... I can't explain it, although I am fine drinking it now. I'd give it a little more than a week and half... 5lbs every week and a half is 20lbs... not shabby.

thanks for the info.. yeah, 40mg's IS a lot.. i haven't been at that the whole time.. just did it recently for a couple days to see the response from my body.. to see if the dbol was actually working or not.. the 5lbs is not a solid 5lbs, it only lasts for one set, then i have to go back down to my original weight.. so it's not a "true" 5lbs IMO..

but yeah, i plan to give it more than a week and a half.. mainly i wanted to see if the stomach pain was similar.. i've had bloat stomach aches from hormones, stomach cramps, but not this.. it was a bit different.. so thanks for getting back with me!

oh... I thought you meant 5lbs ON YOUR BODYWEIGHT. If you haven't gained 5lbs of bodyweight at least in a week and a half, stop taking that crap. It's bunk. If you are gonna take D-Bol, I would only ever take the pink or yellow thais. From what I've ehard, they are the only true reliables in pill form.

i heard that also.. i even questioned my source about it, but he assured me it was good to go.. they are the 50mg pinks.. he also said if i don't like them he'd buy them back! think i might do that. The only thing that kept me hanging on is that i've read some people say 2 weeks for them to kick in..

but yeah, no, no body weight increase at all.. no change in body composition either.. and i had a strong diet until the stomach pains which just started a couple days ago..

Update

Day 49... PCT day 7... a much needed rest day as my hand is friggin killing me... I take 20mg of tamoxifen in the AM and start my day


Day 50... PCT Day 8
SHOULDERS
seated BB press - 105*13, 145*9, 150*6, 150*6, 155*5 ... a little tougher this week than last... feels like my strength is stalling now that water is coming out of my system
OH DB flyes - 20*12, 20*12 ...agains, the set feels a little tough
icarian side delt - 50*12, 12, 60*10+50*5+40*4, 60*8+50*4+40*4
shrug machine - 100*12, 120*8, 120*8, 125*6 ...actually went up this week, maybe I'm not getting weaker just yet!
upright rope row - 70*11, 75*9, 9, 80*7 ...another increase
rear delt DB - 20*15, 25*13, 12, 11

so I went in feeling a little weak (i missed my pre bed meal bc I fell asleep... I NEVER miss meals, so maybe that was in my head), but I remdeemed myself with increases on the last 3 exercises after a slow start!



Day 51... PCT Day 9
my hand is finally better... but Iam going to skip BB curls and do cable instead... to be on the safe side

cable curl - 60*15, 70*12, 80*10, 90*8, 60*12
hammer DB curl - 45*8, 45*6, 50*5, 50*5, 25*15 - F YEAH!... this workout is going great
conc. curl - 3-*12, 35*7
icarian preacher - 57.5*10, 60*8!
pressdown - 80*15, 152.5*10, 8, 160*6, 6, 80*14
OH DB ext - 60*12, 80*8, 80*7, 80*6, 80*6
icarian tri ext - 80*12, 10, 90*8, *+5 partials

today was the first day I actually felt "normal" since the first week of my cycle... no puffy nips, no disorientation, no pounding heart, no labored breathing, I couldn't wait to f the lady... I feel like I did b4 I went on cycle... although, my joints and connective tissue are taking a pounding... it seems every day since I started PCT I get a 1-3 day twinge in a bodypart

The water is definitely coming off... I look much leaner in the mornings. I have been walking about 4 miles/day with my dog, trying to get my heart moving again after my lack of cardio.

I will weigh-in after PCT.

update...

So I don't know if it is the curse of PCT or what, but I do everything PEREFECT on-cycle and it goes fantastic and then during PCT it is like all these gremlins come out... my joints start killing me, my back is killing me on squats... not to mention that I've been sleeping like crap for a week bc my electricity is all f'd up and my dog had diarrhea last night... ok that being said, I also lost my notebook(my entire friggin cycle log) at the gym! I'm glad I kept it here!

Day 52... PCT Day 10

Like I was saying, I need to take it easy on my back this week, so i decide to try going as deep and slow as possible with squats. I'll say, I actually feel like i worked my legs HARDER doing total ass to grass vs conventional... and I also got a great low back pump vs. compression pain. I may just do these from now on and work my weight up.

ass to grass squat - 135*20, 155*12, 155*12
ext. - 110*12, 11, 120*9, 8
hack squat 150*10, 10
seated hammy/calf - same weight as last week

I lost my notebook, so there it is. I can definitely tell I am off... the pumps have faded and I feel like I did b4 the DBol... going to the gym takes all my willpower now for some reason.


Day 53... PCT day 11... scheduled chest day, but I need to rest... gotta listen to the body.

another week and change of PCT... and I will give you guys the post PCT pics... hopefully my training gets back on track, just thought I'd keep you up on the experience
