incline DB press - 60*12, 80*8, 80*8, 85*5, 85*4, 55*12 (short reps)... starting to lose a bit of strength here... a couple reps

my grip is totally better, so back to the wide grip chins!

smith machine 3/4 deadlifts on box - 135*15, 155*12, 155*12, 155*12 (EZ)... if you've been reading my earlier posts you know my back has been giving me warning signs the past couple weeks, so I back off heavy squats and traditional deads for a while... probably for the best considering my test levels are low, the water in my joints and connective tissues is leaving and I'm vulnerable to injury

Day 56 PCT Day 14... scheduled rest


I was initially going to go with 2 wks PCT at 20mg ED, but after conulsting with the board, I am going to add a 3rd week of 10mg ED into the mix. I
didnt have any nut shrinkage or anything along those lines, just some loss of libido and lethargy. A note on my PCT... I got the most painful pimple ever on my forehead yesterday. I keep getting these deep pimples that don't come to heads, and they HURT LIKE HELL. I've had like 6 or 7 of them in the past 2 weeks. Also, I noticed an emotional effect from either low test or a side from tamoxifen... last night I was sitting there eating dinner with the lady and I just wanted to start BALLING (translates to crying for all the gangstas out there) for no apparent reason. Same thing happened this morning when I was readind an article about Rocky thinking about his earlier days ice skating with Adrian... how f'd up is that? Another note... I am starting to lose a rep here and there in most exercises and I've been waking up a lot during the middle of the night... 3-4X/night. It sucks.

Ha... yeah, my softer side. Anyone else notice sleeping difficulties during PCT?

I haven't had problems sleeping during PCT. Sometimes I will wake up at night on a cycle just b/c I get Tren-like night sweats on just about anything I've taken lol. Keep up the log .

Update... with all these little PCT gremlins popping up (joint pain, grip problems, losing my notebook... and now what appears to be a tamoxifen induced "diaper rash" (I can hardly walk without debilitating chaffing pain between my ass cheeks), I decided to take 5 days off from the gym. It is a well needed rest as I have been lifting heavy and bulking since mid January. I started getting these warning signs in my joints... they are telling me to BACK OFF or get hurt. Tomorrow is my 5th day off and also the 63rd day since I began my cycle and my 21st day of Tamoxifen PCT. It will be my last day and I can't wait to give my body a rest from the drugs! I have not taken measurements or weighed myself in quite a while and I think it would be best to do the measurements and weight 1 week post PCT, or my 4th week off cycle. I've definitely lost some water and like I stated in previous posts, I began to lose a rep or 2 during the 2nd week of PCT, although I don't feel as if I am "deflating".

I appreciate the comments and following along.... I have learned much about my body and AAS from this cycle's effects and research.

Update... I am now 5 days past PCT. I added a 3rd week of Tamoxifen at 10mg to be on the safe side. My PCT was 20/20/10. I weighed in yesterday post workout like I have always done. 197... minus 4 lbs from my 201 cycle peak and this is nearly 4 weeks post cycle. I'm not sure when i am supposed to start "deflating" from a Dbol only cycle, but it doesn't appear to be happening. My strength has gone down slightly, but that is about it.

I also feel totally normal now. No anxiety, no disorientation. My libido is back 100% and I wake up many times with morning wood again (that didn't happen on cycle or during PCT).

Dbol is good stuff and the sexual sides are relatively tolerable. I had little acne until PCT when i had a few deep ones that never came to a head. During PCT i was really tired at the beginning. My joints began to hurt(gone now), and I started getting bouts of sadness a week and a half into the tamoxifen treatment.

Like I said, ON THE SURFACE, everything is back to normal. As for using DBol again? Maybe... I hated how I felt on it. Definitely not a feel good drug for me. I had disorientation and anxiety that I had to make a DETERMINED effort to control. I would nearly pass out at the squat rack from lightheadedness and couldn't do any serious cardio without intense shin and leg pain. Was it worth it? A net gain of 23 lbs post PCT? You bet!

Awesome work VO! I will be interested to see you where you sit about 2 months from now as far as your gains go. Keep up the training and the diet and you might be able to maintain a vast majority of your new found growth. Great work Bro!

Sounds good man, you have kept more weight than I expected. This is a great log and I am glad I have had a chance to see this. Maybe you would have had less sides (disorientation and what not) if you would have run test with the dbol just to jump start for 3-5 weeks. After reading this and other things, I am going to use dbol the first 3-5 weeks of my cycle , if I can get my hands on some....Thanks for the great log!
