Awesome log! I would think you're at the holding point now. It's tough to say with your waist measurement still being up. I was expecting you lose at least an inch of bloat off your waist and you only lost 0.5". All-in-all, good log. You made some good gains. Keep us updated in another week or so to let us know if anything has dropped off .

Yeah, I expected my waist to deflate a bit too. All I can think of is it is either a slight measurement error OR my body isn't making as much good use of the food as it was on cycle. I kept my calorie intake up and I view it this way... instead of being driven into the muscle, more of the extra calories were going to fat stores as water bloat was coming off. I've heard some people take clenbuterol during PCT to prevent this while keeping calories up and steady during PCT. I've definitely got to drop some of it b4 my next cycle. It's amazing how a waist can go up 3 inches and not really look or feel that different.

Also, to everyone who read, thx for keeping the comments coming and following along. It really helped to keep me motivated!

Update...
I came down with the chills and aches the other day... it's been about 5 days of chills (no fever) and aches... and my appetite has been crap. I've tried toc ram food down, but I haven't been able to train hard. Sucks at this point when I am trying desperately to hold onto my cycle gains. I also ordered some B12 and am going to start bi-weekly injections 1mg for energy and appetite purposes.

I had bloodwork done yesterday (Day 75) 33 days post cycle, 12 days post PCT and am awaiting the results. I'll give them to you guys when I get the results. There have been plenty of posts about what to get done on your bloodwork, so i won't even go into that now, but I'll give the important stuff when I get it in the next couple days. I imagine that I won't need ALL OF THIS next time, but for my own purposes, I wanted to know. I went with Private Lab... 400 bucks for the following:

- Complete Blood count
- Blood Type Test (ABO grouping)
- Blood Sugar (plasma)
- Lipid Panel with Total cholesterol
- Thyroid Panel
- Hepatic Function Panel (liver)
- Urinalysis
- Renal Function Panel (kidneys)
- Uric Acid
- C- Reactive Protein
- Homocystine, Plasma
- PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen)
- Testosterone
- Electrolytes


I made the mistake of not having a baseline to compare it to, but I am assuming that if everything is within normal ranges, I will be able to use this as a baseline test for the future. This blood work can get expensive. Does anyone get their insurance to cover their AAS bloodwork?

Bloodwork results - Day 75 - 33 days post cycle, 12 days post PCT

Testosterone - 642ng/DL... perfectly normal for 26yo male

Almost everything else was well within normal levels... cholesterol was better than perfect (the lady actually couldn't believe how good my cholesterol was and how low my triglycerides were... tamoxifen?).

There were 2 issues. My platelet count was low... at 135k. Normal is 150-400k. Also my C-Reactive Protein was well above normal at 6.0mg/L. Apparently this test is an indicator of acute inflammation and especially heart disease (anything above 3.0mg/L is considered high-risk). I am not overly worried, considering I was diagnosed with "symptomless" rheumatoid arthiritis as a child... and I felt slightly ill when I had the bloodwork done meaning I had may have had a slight infection. My blood pressure is back to 130ish over 75-85 level as well. Any thoughts on the CRP would be appreciated.

CRP is a good indicator of inflammation. CRP really isn't accurate for detecting heart disease though b/c it's too general. They base this idea on the fact that it would be found in higher concentrations when their is arterial damage (but is also found in abundance in many other inflammatory events). I think your levels could've been from your rheumatoid arthritis, your workouts (if any were recent), etc. I would be willing to bet it was caused by some infection you had though since you said you were experiencing chills at the time you did the blood test. Like you said, it's too bad you didn't have bloodwork to compare for baseline.

Hey viennaoak. I was reading your log and I am very impressed with your results! Congrats to you man. I was curious if you have lost anymore weight or if your still around 200 lbs? Have you had any more noticeable sides? Thanks!
